Originally inspired by fan favorite pairings from our award-winning cheese and charcuterie boards, these ready-to-bake, hand-made pastries each feature a unique fusion of elevated flavors that reinvent the classic baked brie in a way that is fun, sophisticated, and surprising. In other words, these are not your grandmother’s baked bries!
We believe that two cheeses are better than one, and that’s why each pastry features a classic French brie paired with another decadent, artisan cheese. Simply pop the oven safe baking trays in for 20 minutes and they're ready to serve!

• Pastries can be kept in the freezer for up to 1 year before baking.
• Blueberry, Vanilla & Ginger – Blueberry vanilla goat cheese paired with Thai crystallized ginger and honey atop a classic French brie
• Truffle, Fig & Orange – Truffle moliterno cheese paired with Turkish fig and sweet orange preserves atop a classic French brie
• Chocolate, Espresso & Raspberry – Our twist on a classic French dessert; Nutty asiago paired with dark chocolate, espresso and raspberry preserves atop a classic French brie
• Rosemary, Sun-Dried Tomato & Olive – Rosemary Asiago paired with tangerine chili marinated olives, sun-dried tomatoes, red pearl peppers and a drizzle of balsamic glaze atop a classic French brie
All Boarderie packages are shipped overnight nationwide using FEDEX or UPS overnight shipping. Our custom boxes keep the product chilled at 40 degrees for 48 hours or more.
The delivery should arrive on your scheduled delivery date at the same time as your usual FEDEX or UPS drop off but we do not guarantee any specific time. Boarderie is not responsible for delays on the part of FEDEX or UPS and can not control delays due to weather (although we wish we could!). We will issue a refund if the package is delivered more than 24 hours after the scheduled delivery date (48 hours after it leaves our facility) with the exception of delays due to major weather events out of our, FEDEX or UPS's control.
If you choose to order close to a major holiday and your package is delayed due to weather events out of our control, we will not issue a refund.
If your package is damaged due to extreme weather conditions outside of our control and your package has left our facility, we will not issue a refund.
If you need the shipment for a specific occasion, make sure to have it arrive at least one day early to be safe. FEDEX or UPS can deliver as late as 11PM to some locations. Boards stay fresh for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and that the package can be received at the specified delivery address. We do not issue refunds for product that was delivered on time and left in the box for an extended period of time after delivery.
Boarderie is not responsible for customers eating food that is out of temperature and has been sitting out. Our boards should arrive cold and should be served at room temperature. Do not consume your board if it does not arrive cold.
During major holidays, we may add a shipping surcharge for delivery on specific dates.
I was thrilled to come across Boarderie on social media so that I could send a gift to my daughter's 21 birthday while she is away at school! While we have actual other plans, I still wanted to send her a gift on principal.
