• How can I track my orders?

  Once your order ships, Boarderie will send a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your delivery in real time at fedex.com or through the FedEx app. If you have not received a tracking number or have questions about your shipment, contact info@boarderie.com with your order number.

• How do I customize corporate orders?

  At Boarderie, we make corporate food gifts easy, beautiful, and uniquely yours. From logo engraving on our signature Acacia wood boards to personalized gift notes for every recipient, we have everything you need to make a lasting impression.

  Logo Engraving: Make a lasting impression with your logo engraved directly on our beautiful Acacia wood board. Here's how the pricing works:
  $20 per board for orders of 50+
  $15 per board for orders of 100+
  $10 per board for orders of 250+
  Please note that all engraved boards must ship on the same date, and subject to availability prior to holidays. Please reach us specifically to info@boarderie.com for more information on your specific in-hand date.

  Custom Note or Card Insert: A personalized gift note is always included free of charge — printed on the packing slip. Notes can be the same for all recipients or customized individually.

  For a more elevated touch, we also offer a custom card insert featuring your logo and a gift message for $10 per card. All we need from you is a high-resolution PNG logo file and your message text. Please note the logo and message must be the same across all cards.

• How does the Boarderie corporate gifting ordering process work?

  Boarderie's corporate gifting process is designed to be simple at any scale. For smaller bulk orders, customers can place their order directly on boarderie.com, entering multiple shipping addresses with individual delivery dates and personalized gift notes in a single order. For larger bulk orders — including company-wide gifting, client lists, or ongoing gifting calendars — Boarderie's dedicated corporate concierge team is able to manage the process end to end. Please contact corporategifting@boarderie.com or call (561) 543-2313 with your recipient list, desired delivery dates, and any customization requests. The concierge team will handle logistics, confirm delivery schedules, and ensure every board arrives perfectly.

• What's the cutoff to place a large order?

  For customized orders that include logo engraving or personalized gift notes, we ask for at least two weeks notice. This gives our team time to make sure every detail is exactly right.

  For orders with no customizations, we just need a 3-day turnaround. This gives us, and you, the chance to confirm payment, double check addresses, and handle any last-minute changes if needed.

  Planning ahead helps us make sure your board arrives perfect and on time.

• Is it best to order online or to order via spreadsheet?

  For orders under 30 boards, ordering online is going to be the quickest and easiest option. You can add each recipient's address, choose the date you want them to receive their board, all in a single payment. If your order is larger than 30 boards and you want to process it yourself online, you'll need to break it into separate 30-board orders.

  For orders over 30 boards, a spreadsheet order is a great fit. This option comes with a 5% processing fee and offers you your own personal corporate concierge. Your concierge manually monitors every address, catches any errors, proactively reaches out if weather delays or other unforeseen circumstances come up, sends a copy of your invoice if your company requests one, and makes sure your entire order is completed smoothly from start to finish. If you'd rather set it and forget it, this is the best option for you, since your concierge handles the customization, personalization, and completion of every board in your order. Just fill out our spreadsheet, email it to corporategifting@boarderie.com, and your concierge will get in touch with you right away.

• What happens after I submit my spreadsheet?

  Your personal corporate concierge will reach out to you as soon as possible to flag any questions or concerns related to your submission, or any errors found on your form. If everything checks out and no additional information is needed, your concierge will send you an invoice along with a follow up email explaining the next steps in your order.

• Can I send gifts to multiple people with different addresses in the same order?

  Yes. Boarderie supports orders to multiple addresses, each with its own delivery date and personalized gift note, through a single order at boarderie.com. For large multi-address corporate orders, contact corporategifting@boarderie.com. and Boarderie's gifting concierge team can provide white-glove assistance.

• Do I need to be home when my board arrives?

  No. Boarderie's custom insulated packaging with Nordic ice packs is designed to keep boards at the proper temperature for up to 48 hours in transit and upon doorstep delivery, even if no one is home. Boards should arrive cool to the touch. Do not consume the board if it does not arrive cool to the touch — contact info@boarderie.com immediately if this occurs.

• Can I change or cancel my order?

  Yes, you can update your order up until it enters our production schedule, which happens 24 hours before its ship date (48 hours before delivery). Before that point, you can update your delivery address, delivery date, or gift message yourself.

  Cancellations are handled by our team — email info@boarderie.com with your order number.

  Once an order is in production we can no longer change or cancel it, and changes aren't possible on the ship date itself. Please double-check delivery addresses before submitting; we can't refund orders delivered on time to an address that was entered incorrectly.

• Where do you source your cheeses & charcuterie?

  We source the highest quality cheeses and charcuterie from artisan producers around the world. Our boards feature cheeses, cured meats and accompaniments from Italy, France, England, Spain, Turkey, Canada, Croatia and the United States and more!

• Can I reuse my board?

  Boarderie boards are made with high quality acacia wood and can be saved and reused for repeat grazing! Do not submerge the board under water, run under a faucet or put in the dishwasher. Use a damp cloth to wipe.

• What's the best way to serve my board?

  Cheese and charcuterie is best served at room temperature! Remove your board from the fridge an hour before serving. Once ready-to-serve, remove your board from its shrink-wrapped packaging, pour the nuts from their individual bags in the spots where you find them, and enjoy!

• Do Boarderie boards contain pork? Are there pork-free options?

  All Boarderie Cheese and Charcuterie Boards that include meat contain pork-based charcuterie. However, Boarderie offers Cheese-Only Boards that contain no meat and are a great option for those avoiding pork. Boarderie's Dessert Boards also contain no meat or pork. • Do you offer gluten-free or allergy-friendly options?

  Gluten: most ingredients are gluten-free. The exceptions:

  Crackers (all boards) — our standard crackers contain gluten. We're happy to substitute gluten-free crackers; email us with your order number to request it.
  Classic Boards (large only) — chocolate prosecco cordials contain gluten.
  Birthday Boards (all sizes) — birthday cake cordials contain gluten.
  Holiday Boards (all sizes) — chocolates may contain gluten.

  The cordials come individually wrapped in a bamboo boat that lifts right out, so they're easy to remove on arrival.

  Nuts: we can't build a nut-free board. All nuts are individually bagged and kept in their own wrappers so they never touch the other food, but our facility does handle nuts (no peanuts), so we can't rule out cross-contamination.

• Are Boarderie boards Kosher or Halal?

  Boarderie boards are not certified Kosher or Halal. Our Cheese & Charcuterie Boards contain pork-based charcuterie, and our facility is not certified under Kosher or Halal standards.

  Customers with specific dietary or religious requirements are encouraged to contact info@boarderie.com before ordering so we can help identify the best option. Our Cheese-Only Boards contain no meat of any kind and may be a suitable alternative depending on your needs.

• What are the serving sizes of the boards?

  Classic Board (Small): Board Size: 9" x 9" | Serves 2–3 Includes 17 artisan items + 1 box of crackers

  Every board arrives fully arranged, sealed for freshness, and comes with bamboo cutlery, a Board Map, and care instructions — everything you need for a beautiful spread right out of the box.

• Where do you source your desserts?

  Our Dessert is sourced the same way we approach everything at Boarderie—with intention, craftsmanship, and an uncompromising standard for quality. Nearly every item on the board falls into one of two categories: custom recipes developed by our in-house culinary team in collaboration with our Certified Master Baker, or selections sourced from small-batch artisans and international producers we discovered through years of research and travel.

  Ingredients are chosen for both provenance and performance—from fair-trade cacao sourced from Vietnam for our bespoke Chocolate Jewel Box, to European specialties like chocolate-covered licorice from Denmark. Many of the desserts are proprietary recipes created exclusively for this board, designed to work together in flavor, texture, and presentation rather than exist as standalone sweets.

  The result is a collection that blends international inspiration, artisan production, and original Boarderie creations—crafted to feel rare, thoughtful, and distinctly different from anything found at a traditional bakery or grocery store.

  Dessert boards are NOT a gluten free product. The majority of items on the board contain gluten.

• How long does the Dessert Board stay fresh?

  Because the Dessert Board includes a variety of desserts with different textures and ingredients, freshness may vary slightly by item. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying it as soon as possible and storing leftovers according to the included care instructions.

  Most items on the board stay fresh from up to weeks when stored properly. Brownies and popcorn have should be enjoyed within 3 days of receiving your board for optimal enjoyment.

• What's the best way to serve my board?

  The best way to serve your Dessert Board is simply to enjoy it exactly how it arrives — fully arranged and ready to serve.

  When you’re ready, remove the board from its wrapper and let it sit at room temperature for about 20–30 minutes. This gives the chocolates and confections time to soften slightly and allows the flavors to really shine.

  Place the board on a flat surface and dig in. There’s no prep, plating, or setup required. It’s designed to feel effortless — whether you’re hosting guests, celebrating something special, or gifting it to someone you love.

• What are the serving sizes of the boards?

  We have three Dessert Board sizes to choose from, so there's something perfect for every occasion and group size. And the bigger the board, the more delicious surprises inside — each larger size includes everything from the one before it, plus additional items and categories!
