• Board ships with ice packs and arrives fully-assembled, chilled at 40 degrees, and ready-to-enjoy!
• Upon arrival, remove the board from its box and place it in the refrigerator.
• Do not remove the seal until you are ready-to-serve.
• Ice packs can be refrozen and reused.
• At least one hour before serving, remove your board from the refrigerator.
• Cheeses are best enjoyed at room temperature.
• Get Nutty! Pour your nuts from their biodegradable bag in the spot where you found them.
• For optimum enjoyment, please eat within 7-10 days.
• Once removed from its original seal, completely cover your board (or each individual tray) with parchment paper and wrap in plastic wrap to save for later.
• Keep in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
• Jams and honey will last for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
• All Boarderie packages are shipped overnight nationwide using FEDEX express overnight shipping. Our custom boxes keep the product chilled at 40 degrees for 48 hours or more.
• The delivery should arrive on your scheduled delivery date at the same time as your usual FEDEX drop off but we do not guarantee any specific time. Boarderie is not responsible for delays on the part of FEDEX and can not control delays due to weather (although we wish we could!). We will issue a refund if the package is delivered more than 24 hours after the scheduled delivery date (48 hours after it leaves our facility) with the exception of delays due to major weather events out of our or FEDEX's control.
•If you choose to order close to a major holiday and your package is delayed due to weather events out of our control, we will not issue a refund.
•If your package is damaged due to extreme weather conditions outside of our control and your package has left our facility, we will not issue a refund.
• If you need the shipment for a specific occasion, make sure to have it arrive at least one day early to be safe. FEDEX can deliver as late as 11PM to some locations. Boards stay fresh for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and that the package can be recieved at the specified delivery address. We do not issue refunds for product that was delivered on time and left in the box for an extended period of time after delivery.
•Boarderie is not responsible for customers eating food that is out of tempurature and has been sitting out. Our boards should arrive cold and should be served at room tempurature. Do not consume your board if it does not arrive cold.

Our boards arrive chilled at 40 degrees. Open the box, remove the reusable refrigerant and unpack the board from its temperature-controlled jacket.
STEP 3
Each board is perfectly sealed to ensure freshness and quality. To enjoy, simply cut open the clear wrap and it is ready-to-share. Once you're done, save your board for repeat grazing!
