Rachel Solomon Fascitelli, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Boarderie

About

Rachel Solomon Fascitelli is a co-founder and co-CEO of Boarderie, where she also leads brand and marketing as CMO. Boarderie is the first and only company shipping completely pre-assembled, catering-quality cheese and charcuterie boards nationwide — ready to serve straight from the box, with award-winning artisan ingredients sourced from around the world.

She joined the founding team in 2021. On a trip home to Palm Beach, Florida, a family friend introduced her to Aaron and Julie Menitoff — who had pivoted their gourmet hospitality business to delivering charcuterie during the pandemic — and to business manager Angel Jerez. The four launched Boarderie together, and Rachel built the brand, marketing, and growth engine behind it.
