    Classic serves 2-3 ($139), Medium serves 4-6 ($169), and Large serves 10-14 ($249). For a grieving family, the Medium or Large are popular choices since they can feed multiple visitors over several days.

  • How is the sympathy gift basket shipped?

    All boards ship chilled with free overnight delivery nationwide in insulated packaging with reusable Nordic Ice packs that keep everything fresh for up to 48 hours. No one needs to be home when it arrives. The packaging keeps the board chilled on the doorstep all day.

  • When will the condolence gift arrive?

    Orders placed before 2 PM ship the same business day and arrive the next day, Tuesday through Saturday. You can also schedule delivery for any date. For funerals or memorial services, we recommend scheduling delivery for the day before to be safe.
