Boarderie ships chef-arranged cheese and charcuterie boards overnight from our West Palm Beach kitchen, ready to set on the table. Cheese Lover Shop is the direct-to-consumer e-commerce site for Savencia Cheese USA, where shoppers order branded French and European-style cheeses (Boursin, Saint Agur, Saint Albray, Alouette, Etorki, Pie d'Angloys) loose by the cheese. The recipient unboxes the cheeses and builds their own board. Two different products, two different gifting jobs.
Cheese Lover Shop is operated by Savencia Cheese USA, the American arm of Savencia Fromage & Dairy (formerly Bongrain, founded 1956 in France, rebranded in 2015). Savencia is the 18th-largest dairy processor in the world, with roughly 26,000 employees and around EUR 6.8 billion in 2023 revenue. The site exists to put Savencia's cheese portfolio in front of American shoppers direct.
We started Boarderie in 2021 with a different question: what would it take to deliver a catering-quality cheese AND charcuterie board, fully arranged, anywhere in the country, overnight, ready to serve? The answer became a new product category. Our large board includes 13+ artisan cheeses, plus cured meats, accompaniments, and a reusable acacia wood serving board.
